Buying Coffee Makers from Tesco – Delivery Timescales and Costs
- You can order your coffee maker online and arrange to pick it up from a Tesco store (selected stores only)
- You can also choose to have your coffee machine delivered to your home either by the Next Day Delivery Service at a cost of £4.85 or by choosing a specific two hour timeslot at a cost of £6.85
- Tesco only delivers to mainland UK addresses and can’t deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the standard delivery times, but Tesco will inform you about this when you place your order
Buying Coffee Makers from Tesco – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you aren’t happy with your coffee machine, you can return it to Tesco within 28 days for a refund or exchange.
- You must return it as sold, with its original packaging and accessories.
- Most products can either returned to a Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore. If your product can be returned to these stores, there will be a diamond shape (◊) shown on the invoice. You must take your invoice with you.
- If you don’t want to return it to a Tesco store, or there is no diamond shape (◊) on the invoice, you can telephone Tesco to arrange for collection.
- All electrical products sold by Tesco are guaranteed for one year. If your coffee machine develops a fault within 12 months, you can contact Tesco to arrange a repair, exchange or refund.
