Buying a Coffee Maker from Robert Dyas – Delivery Timescales and Costs
- In order to place an online order with Robert Dyas, you must first provide them with a valid email address in order for them to send a confirmation of your order.
- Robert Dyas can deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Islands. There are two types of delivery, Standard and Premium, with cost also depending on your location.
- UK Mainland: Standard Delivery costs £4.95 and your coffee machine will take five working days to arrive. Premium Delivery will cost £15 and your goods will be delivered the next day.
- Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight: Standard Delivery will cost £14.95 and your coffee machine will take five working days to arrive. Premium Delivery costs £30 and your goods will take three working days to be delivered.
- Isle of Man: Standard Delivery costs £14.95 and your coffee maker will take five working days for delivery. Premium Delivery costs £55 and your goods will take three working days to be delivered.
- Isles of Scilly: Standard Delivery costs £19.95 and will take five working days to arrive. Premium Delivery will cost £55 and your goods will take three working days to arrive.
- Scottish Islands: Standard Delivery costs £19.95 and your coffee maker will take five working days to deliver. Premium Delivery costs £60 and your goods will take three working days to arrive.
- You will only be charged per order, regardless of the number of items delivered.
- Some items are sent directly from the supplier and if this is the case, it will be shown clearly in the product information. Delivery times for these products can take from 7 to 28 days. These products can only be sent to mainland UK addresses.
- All deliveries are made by City Link and the drivers will attempt delivery twice on subsequent days. If you aren’t at home, a card will be left, giving you the choice of waiting for a second attempted delivery or of picking up the item from the depot noted on the card. If you miss both deliveries you can re-order, but an extra delivery charge of £4.95 for standard delivery or £15 for premium delivery will apply.

- All products are covered by a no-quibble 28 days returns policy. Products must be returned in original packaging and be unused.
- You can return the item either by taking it to one of the company’s stores, together with the receipt, for a refund or an exchange or by calling the Customer Service team to arrange for collection.
- Please note that Robert Dyas will not refund the delivery charge unless the item is damaged or faulty.
- If your coffee machine develops a fault within one year of delivery, you can return the product and receive a refund.
