Buying a Coffee Maker - Delivery Timescales and Costs
- Standard and Specialist Delivery: Ordered items will be delivered within 5 working days and will delivery will cost £3.95. If you have ordered an item that is estimated to take 14 days or more to arrive, you will be contacted to discuss delivery dates. Orders for goods costing over £100 will be delivered free of charge if they are all being delivered to the same address.
- Next Working Day Delivery: Orders should be placed before 3pm to allow enough time for your product to be dispatched. This service excludes Bank Holidays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The delivery charge for this service is £6.95.
- Named Day Delivery: This service allows you to choose a delivery date. Deliveries are not possible on Bank Holidays, Sundays or Public Holidays. This service costs £6.95.
- If items have to be sent to two separate addresses then make sure that you fill out two separate orders. Separate delivery charges will apply to both addresses, unless the orders are over £100.
- Deliveries are made on Mondays and Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card with contact details so that you can rearrange the delivery.

Buying a Coffee Maker Returns and Refunds Policy
- In order to change or cancel, phone the companys Customer Service team.
- If you wish to return your coffee maker, please make sure that you do so within 28 days and return it in an as new condition with the original packaging. If the item is damaged or incomplete, the company may refuse a refund or deduct an amount of up to 20% from your refund.
- There are two methods of making a return:
- Return via Courier: Complete the online returns form with details of order number, stock number, reason for returning and whether you wish to have a refund or replacement. Once this form is submitted, you will be contacted by the customer service team who will arrange for a courier to pick up your item free of charge.
- Return to a Store: Take the product along with its dispatch note to any John Lewis store and tell the sales assistant that you purchased the item online.
- Refunds will be made once the item has been received by the company.
- If your coffee maker was delivered damaged, faulty or incorrectly, a full refund of the delivery charge will be made.
