Buying a Coffee Maker from Empire Direct – Delivery Timescales and Costs
- Empire Direct can deliver most orders within 2 to 3 days of payment to addresses anywhere in the UK mainland.
- Delivery charges start from just £1.49 per order.
- Additional charges will be made for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles. Deliveries to addresses in these areas may be subject to delay
- You will need to sign for your coffee machine when it’s delivered.
Buying a Coffee Maker from Empire Direct – Refunds and Returns Policy
- If you aren’t happy with your coffee machine, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery and return the product. Returns can only be made with prior authorisation and you will receive an authorisation number from Empire Direct, which is only valid for 14 days.
- Your coffee machine must be returned in an “as new” condition in its original packaging and together with any accessories that came with it. You will receive a refund (minus the cost of delivery).
- If you don’t return any accessories that came with it, you will be charged for these.
- If you return a product that isn’t in a resalable condition, Empire Direct will return it to you and the cost of delivery will be charged to your account.
- If your coffee machine has been damaged during delivery, you must make a note on the consignment note and notify Empire Direct within seven days of delivery
- Any product bought from Empire Direct will be covered under the manufacturer’s 12 month guarantee.
