Buying a Coffee Maker from Electric Shopping

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free and your coffee machine will take between 3 and 5 days to get to you.
Your coffee machine will be delivered by courier and you will need to sign for it. If you aren’t in when it’s delivered, the courier will put a card through the door informing you that he or she called. Re-delivery will be attempted the next working day or the driver will attempt to deliver it to one of your neighbours (unless you specify otherwise).
After two attempts at delivery have been made, you will need to either go to the depot to collect your item or to arrange another delivery for which you will be charged.

In addition to the standard UK delivery service, Electric Shopping offers three other types of delivery service:

Non-Mainland UK Delivery: A charge of £5.50 will be made for any delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and Orkney Isles, Isle of Wight or the Shetland Isles. Select the Non-Mainland UK Delivery option when ordering.
European Delivery: Electric Shopping delivers to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery of items is divided into price bands, depending on the size of the product. These price bands are: Band A (£15.99), Band B (£24.99) and Band C (£34.99). The Channel Islands are also classed as a European destination (but you will not need to pay VAT).
Express Delivery: This will put you at the front of the queue, with your order being processed immediately. Providing you place your order before 3.30pm, it will leave Electric Shopping’s warehouse that same day, meaning that in most cases you will receive your item within 24 hours. Express Delivery costs £4.50 and is only available for UK orders.

You can cancel your order before the delivery date free of charge
If you aren’t happy with your coffee machine, you can cancel your order within 14 days and receive a refund. You must notify Electric Shopping within 14 days of delivery and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. You must then return the product, unused and in its original packaging together with any accessories, within 14 days. If you notify Electric Shopping of your wish to return the product within 7 days of delivery you will receive a full refund, but if you notify them later than this you may be charged a restocking fee.
If your coffee maker is damaged when it arrives, you must make a note on the consignment note and inform Electric Shopping within 7 days. Electric Shopping will then replace the product.
Should a fault develop, your coffee machine will be covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee.
