Until April 2006, Dixons was one of the most well known shops on the high street, selling a wide range of consumer electrical goods. However, due to corporate re-shuffling and re-branding within the Dixons group, the high street stores were re-named Currys.digital and Dixons is now an exclusively online concern.

Buying Coffee Makers from Dixons Delivery Timescales and Costs
- Dixons can only deliver to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) and all deliveries must be signed for.
- Small items, such as coffee machines, delivered by Dixons Standard Delivery Service, will usually arrive within five working days of you placing your order (providing that you place your order before 3pm). Your coffee machine will be sent by courier or post and deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
- The delivery charge for each item will be shown on the products description page on the Dixons website
- Dixons also offers a Premium Delivery service for small items such as coffee makers. If you choose to use this service, then you will be able to specify a delivery date and timeslot.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Islands and remote areas may take longer to arrive.
- Some products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. If the item that you are ordering will be delivered by the manufacturer, this will be shown on the website and you should allow up to 28 days for it to arrive.
- You will need to sign for your delivery unless the item is small enough to be posted through your letterbox. If you are out when the courier attempts to deliver your coffee maker, the courier will leave a contact number so that you can arrange another delivery date.

Buying Coffee Makers from Dixons Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you arent happy with your coffee machine, you can cancel your order within 7 days of delivery by telephoning or emailing Dixons to arrange for collection.
- The product should be unused, in an as new condition and be complete with all accessories. It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You cannot return an item if it was specially made to fit your specification.
- If your coffee maker was damaged when it arrived or develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, Dixons will offer you a refund, exchange or repair.
- If your coffee maker develops a fault more than 28 days after but within one year of delivery, Dixons will offer to repair it for you.
- Dixons will pay the costs for collection of faulty goods.
- Replacement goods are sent by Standard Delivery.
