Buying Coffee Makers from Currys – Delivery Timescales and Costs
- Deliveries can only be made to UK addresses, (excluding the Channel Islands) and all deliveries must be signed for.
- Small items, such as coffee machines, delivered by Currys Standard Delivery Service will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm by courier or post. Your goods will usually within five working days of you placing your order (providing you place your order before 3pm).
- Delivery charges for each item are quoted in the product description
- Currys also offers a Premium Delivery service for small items such as coffee makers. If this option is taken up, then the product will be delivered on the date and time specified by you.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Islands and remote areas may take longer to arrive.
- Some products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. This will be indicated on the Currys website, and you should allow up to 28 days for these products to arrive.
- All deliveries, with the exception of those which are small enough to be posted through your letterbox, must be signed for. If you are out when the courier attempts to deliver your coffee maker, the courier will leave a contact number so that you can organise redelivery.
- You can track the progress of your item by logging into the “My Account” section of the Currys website.
Buying Coffee Makers from Currys – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, then you can cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. You can telephone, email or write to Currys to arrange for cancellation or you can return the item to any Currys store, providing that you take your receipt and the card that you used to pay for your item.
- The product should be unused, in an ‘as new’ condition and be complete with all accessories. It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You can’t return an item to a Currys store without proof of purchase or if the goods were made fit your specification.
- If your coffee maker was damaged when it arrived or develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, you will be offered a refund, exchange or repair.
- If your coffee maker develops a fault more than 28 days after but within one year of delivery, you will be offered a repair.
- Costs for collection of faulty goods will be paid for by Currys.
- Replacement goods are sent by Standard Delivery.
