• A “Rapid Delivery Service” is available for most items on the site, and products delivered using this service should be with you within two working days.
• Products not covered under the Rapid Delivery Service should be with you within seven working days.
• Deliveries will need to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your coffee machine, it will be redelivered and you will be charged an additional £10.

• Products are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties, and in most cases manufacturers will offer to repair faulty products. If your coffee machine develops more than three technical faults during the first year of the guarantee, you can request a replacement product.
