Your goods must be delivered to your (the account holder’s) address
Where possible, BE Direct will provide a specific delivery day but can’t confirm a time slot. Your coffee machine may arrive at any time between 7am and 7pm.
Delivery is free to all UK mainland postcodes (with the exception of the following: AB, PH, IV, KW, PA and DD).
Your delivery will need to be signed for. If there is no one available to sign for it, you may have to pay a failed delivery charge.
