Buying Coffee Makers from Amazon – Delivery Timescales and Costs
- Amazon delivers to addresses throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and to BFPO addresses.
- There are three types of delivery available to UK customer: First Class Delivery, Express Delivery and Super Saver Delivery.
- First Class Delivery: If you choose this option, your coffee machine will be delivered via Parcel Force, DHL or Royal Mail First Class. You will be charged a set amount per item ordered and an additional charge per delivery.
- Express Delivery: If you choose this option, delivery will cost £8.99 regardless of the number of items ordered. Depending on the time of ordering and size of the product or products you have ordered, Amazon will attempt to deliver your goods on the next working day. This service is not available for orders being delivered to some UK postcodes, BFPO addresses and P.O Box addresses.
- Super Saver Delivery: If your order is for goods worth over £15 which are eligible for this delivery option, they will be delivered for free. If you choose to take advantage of this, your goods will usually take 2 - 5 days longer to arrive than if delivered by First Class Delivery.
- Delivery times are estimated for you at the time of order. A confirmation of this will be sent in an email and posted on your account page. Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules.
- Amazon has different delivery times and costs for goods being delivered to addresses in Western Europe, Japan, North America and the Rest of the World. Please see the Amazon website for further details.
Buying Coffee Makers from Amazon – Returns and Refunds Policy
- Amazon has a 30 day returns guarantee, so if you aren’t happy with your coffee machine, you can return it for a full refund. It must be returned in its original condition, unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact and within thirty days of receipt. Opened items can only be accepted if they are faulty.
- If your coffee machine is damaged or faulty, contact Amazon’s retail support centre to arrange for a return.
