Buying Coffee Makers from 24-7 Electrical – Delivery Timescales and Costs

  • All items bought from 24-7 Electrical will be delivered free of charge to most mainland UK addresses. When ordering, enter your postcode to display the delivery services for your location.
  • Some postcodes attract delivery surcharges and notification of this will be made at the Order Confirmation Stage.
  • 24-7 Electrical cannot currently deliver to the Channel Islands and Eire or to BFPO or AFPO addresses.
  • 24-7 Electrical uses Initial City Link as its nominated courier. Deliveries will be made until 17.30, but Initial City Link will do everything possible to ensure that the items are delivered before mid-day.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to receive your coffee machine at the address, a card will be left giving details of the next time that delivery will be attempted (usually the next day).
  • Delivery dates given are estimates only, but 24-7 Electrical will try its best to adhere to them.
  • There is an order cut-off point of 12 pm in order to enable 24-7 Electrical to dispatch and deliver your coffee machine within the estimated timescale.
  • 24-7 Electrical also offers a Saturday delivery service for a surcharge of £7.99 per item. This service is not available for large items such as cookers and fridges.

Damaged Items

  • If your coffee maker is damaged when you get it, a replacement can be arranged. You must notify 24-7 Electrical within 72 hours of receipt. Use the “Contact Us” form on the company’s website.

Incorrect or Non Delivery

  • If you believe your coffee machine has been incorrectly delivered or it simply hasn’t been delivered at all, notify 24-7 Electrical by using the “Contact Us” form on the company’s website.

Faulty Goods (On delivery or within 28 days)

  • Contact 24-7 Electrical’s customer service department within 72 hours of receipt of the fault developing using the “Contact Us” form on the company’s website.
  • The returns process differs from product to product. 24-7 Electrical will arrange a collection time and send a replacement, or will give you the contact details of the manufacturer.
  • If a collection is arranged, you will be issued with a unique returns number. You must complete the returns form, quoting this number, and giving the reason for the return.
  • Your coffee machine must be returned in the original packaging and with all accessories and parts. If you fail to do this, you will be charged.
  • If you don’t use sufficient packaging when you return your coffee maker, and it is damaged as a result, you will be charged up to 15% of the purchase price.

Faulty Goods (After 28 days)

  • If a fault occurs after the 28 day period, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
  • If the manufacturer advises you to contact the retailer, use the “Contact Us” form on the 24-7 Electrical website. The returned product will be inspected by 24-7 Electrical and sent to the manufacturer for repair.

Cancelling an Item

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the delivery date free of charge. You may also cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your coffee maker. 24-7 Electrical must receive your request to cancel in writing.
