Ascaso is a Spanish manufacturer of high quality coffee machines. The company was founded in 1962 by Jesús Ascaso, who had previously worked for Gaggia, helping to produce the Gaggia Espanola. His new business was founded with the intention to design, create and market spare parts for coffee machines, but in 1997 the company began to produce its own espresso machines.

By 2005 the company had expanded to manufacture four different lines of coffee maker, with an additional line in coffee grinders.

Ascaso coffee makers are now widely available to buy online and are known for both their functionality and stylish designs.
